We aim to make the Age Concern Norfolk website as accessible as we can for all visitors.

Within the website:

• Changing the size of text. You can adjust the size of the text, just click on the text size icons at the top of each page.
• Changing the font type, size and colour, and the background colour. You can switch to a text only version of the website, click on the Text Only Version link at the top of each page.
• Descriptive text used on all our images, tables, graphs and multimedia.
• We also aim to avoid using any acronyms or abbreviations without giving an explanation.
• Also, if you have difficulty using the scroll bar try using the arrow keys to move up and down the page; or “Page up” and “Page Down”  keys to move a screen’s length at a time.

Trouble Accessing PDF documents:

Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free and it is very easy to install. Once installed, it will enable your computer to read PDF documents whenever you need to. Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Adobe PDF documents are compatible with Microsoft® Windows® based screen readers. Alternatively, if you have a screen reader which cannot read Adobe PDF documents, use the tool to convert PDFs into HTML in the paragraph below.

An alternative means of reading PDFs – converting the PDF to HTML.By converting a PDF into HTML, it can be read or printed from the screen as plain text without having to use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
