We would like to hear from you about your experiences.

It is important that Age Concern Norfolk, as an organisation working for older people, are fully aware of all issues and problems that are affecting older people.

We currently use information gathered from the calls to our telephone advice line, as well as from the other Information and Advice services such as Money Matters and the Outreach Service etc.  However, we are always keen to hear about your experiences to raise awareness of the ways in which older people's dignity and quality of life are affected.
