Age Concern Norfolk's Teleclub

Teleclub is a FREE telephone based befriending service for the over 60s which aims to provide emotional support, mental stimulation, social contact, fun and entertainment.

Man speaking on a telephone

We offer a weekly telephone call, an information and advice/signposting service, weekly quiz, quarterly newsletter, birthday and Christmas cards and much more, which all help to combat loneliness and isolation.

(Teleclub is not a counselling service).

How to join

Call Marilyn on 01603 785261 and ask for a membership form to be sent out to you, or be filled out over the phone and start receiving the service immediately.

Volunteers

Want to volunteer for the Teleclub? We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to make calls to our members either from our office in Norwich or from home. Making calls from home gives our volunteers the flexibility to make calls around their weekly schedule and all calls made on behalf of Teleclub are reimbursed.

For more information please call 01603 785261.
