Taverham Band - Candlelit Carols

Come and enjoy the Taverham Band perform traditional Christmas carols and support Age Concern Norfolk at the same time.
Taverham Band, which has chosen Age Concern Norfolk has its Charity of the Year, will perform Christmas carols at this concert on Tuesday 18 December 2007 at 7.30pm in Taverham Church.
Funds raised will be used to support the Pabulum service that Age Concern Norfolk runs. This service works to improve the lives and well-being of people with dementia and their carers. Pabulum comes from the Latin word for "nourishment" and the service aims to "nourish" the minds of its service users through the use of reminiscence-based, person-centred support in group work and home visits. Rex Humphrey, Age Concern Norfolk Chief Executive, said "We are delighted that Taverham Band members have chosen to support Age Concern Norfolk. Pabulum's work is vital to many people in Norfolk and we look forward to working with the Band during our special celebratory year".
