Celebrating 60 years of Age Concern Norfolk

Do you know an individual who has made a real difference to your older people's club or group, to older people in your community or to your own life?  The Age Concern Norfolk Diamond Awards will take place at "One Big Street Party" - one-day event at each of our six Community Support Centres.  Send your nominations to Gemma Pendleton at Age Concern Norfolk county office address by 15 March 2007.
